| | Summary | Exposure to the development of Fusion products & solutions using latest Internet & Web technologies, for international client base. Successful applicatant will be expected to be a net contributor to this activity from the outset and should expect to gain significant experience during the assignment. | | Department | Operations | | Reports to | Technical Operations Manager | Status
| Temporary position(6, 12 or 15 Months Duration) | | Duties & responsibilities | Full lifecycle surrounding software process. May involve participation in pre-sales activities & training. | | Qualifications | The ideal candidate will have an Honours degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience. 2006 graduate or later. | | Required Skills | One or more of the following Java, PHP, .NET. Clear written and oral communication skills together with the ability to work effectively as a part of a team. Knowledge of internet or UNIX.Candidates must demonstrate desire to reach expert status in internet application development. | | Required Experience | Not necessary – subject to above requirements. However, candidates should highlight their extra-curricular interests & activities related to software or technology in their submission.
| | Desirable Skills & Experience | Experience of working in or exposure to a high technology environment. Experience gained in development of dynamic web based applications would be a distinct advantage. Web, Browser and server technologies. Windows and /or Unix platform development Ability to work within and produce documents for the entire software development lifecycle · An understanding of ecommerce, security or C ++ development advantage. Linux, Solaris, Windows (NT). Database application development using (MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server). Understanding of complex Internet based applications, database technology, Network Security.
